During the conference this is your ‘information guide’. Everything you need will be shared in the app to keep you up the date with the events happening around you. So do not forget to download it before you head out to Gothenburg!
WHERE IS THE CONFERENCE TAKING PLACE?
The Conference is kindly hosted by AstraZeneca. There are two entrances with different addresses, therefore use the following address to get to the right entrance where our team will be waiting for you:

HOW TO GET TO THE VENUE?
There will be a shuttle bus provided in the morning that will take you from the hotel to the conference venue. Please find the schedule below:
The transportation back from the venue to the hotels is provided on April 26 and April 27 only.
- 26 April: at 17:00
- 27 April: at 17:20
The buses will be leaving at 8:00 AM sharp from Gothia Towers so please be in the hotel lobby at 7:50 AM where our SCDM coordinator will be waiting for you.
N.B: Make sure to arrive by 08:45! Otherwise, you will have to go through security procedures which may delay your presence at the sessions.
Please note that return transportation is not provided on Friday, 28 April. To make your way back to the hotel or somewhere in the city, you can use a local taxi service:

WHERE TO COLLECT MY BADGE?
The registration desk is open every day as of 8:00 am. You will find us at the entrance of AstraZeneca PGN Conference centre where you can collect your badge and get all your questions about the conference answered.
WHAT ARE THE CURRENT COVID-19 REGULATIONS?
Please note that, while in Sweden, SCDM follows the local COVID-19 regulations. Please consult them here.

Join us in Gothenburg at the stunningLångedrag Värdshus, by the sea, to enjoy a delicious networking dinner and catch up with friends – old and new.
Some practical information about the transportation:
- 18:30: 3 buses will leave form Gothia Towers Hotel to Långedrag Värdshus restaurant, one of which will pass by the Scandic Hotel
- 22:00: 1 bus will leave from Långedrag Värdshus restaurant to Gothia Towers Hotel
- 23:00: 2 buses will leave from Långedrag Värdshus restaurant to Gothia Towers Hotel and Scandic Hotel
